Xbox Gamescom broadcast line-up onthuld

Microsoft heeft de line-up voor de Xbox-uitzending tijdens Gamescom bekendgemaakt. De digitale showcase vindt plaats tijdens de beurs in Keulen en loopt over twee avonden: woensdag 20 augustus en donderdag 21 augustus. Doel is een mix van first- en third‑party aankondigingen en nieuwe beelden van zowel grote franchises als kleinere titels.

Woensdag 20 augustus staan onder meer Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, Dying Light: The Beast Keeper, World of Warcraft: Midnight, Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 en Grounded 2 op de planning. Verder verschijnen projecten als Hotel Barcelona, Invincible vs Cronos: The New Dawn, Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade, Outbound, PowerWash Simulator 2, Starsand Island en Indiana Jones and the Great Circle: The Order of Giants.

Donderdag 21 augustus richt de uitzending zich op titels zoals Ninja Gaiden 4, Onimusha: Way of the Sword, Age of Empires IV, Overwatch 2, High on Life 2 en The Outer Worlds 2. Ook staan games als Jurassic World Evolution 3, Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection, Final Fantasy Tactics – The Ivalice Chronicles, My Hero Academia: All’s Justice, Silent Hill f, Lego Voyagers en Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater op het programma.

De line‑up toont dat Xbox zowel grote sequels en remakes als uiteenlopende third‑party producties wil belichten, waarmee Microsoft zich nadrukkelijk profileert tijdens Gamescom als platform voor aankondigingen en gameplay‑primeurs.
